With the aim to fulfil the Camillians’ fourth vow of serving the sick at the risk of one’s life, CADIS Kenya was involved in the CEI (Conferenza Episcopale Italiana) “un bando” (project call) for the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kenya is one country that experienced an increased number of COVID-19 infected persons. CADIS Kenya therefore facilitated the development of projects to provide three Camillian-administered health facilities in Kenya with medical equipment: St. Camillus Health Center Ndundu, Tabaka Mission Hospital and Karungu Mission Hospital.
