As witnessed globally, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused devastating effects to all spheres of human life. In this perspective, CADIS (International) in collaboration with the General Consulta recommended CADIS Kenya to embark on creating a project proposal to support with food families made vulnerable by this disease.
With funding from CADIS (International), CADIS Kenya launched a food emergency relief program on 9th June 2020 targeting households in the informal settlements of Kuwinda and Gataka. It is with gratitude that we confirm this as the first project implemented under CADIS Kenya NGO, concluding with great accomplishment.
